Purpose & Nature of services
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all sales of online language courses offered by ETIC Sàrl, registered at 12, Rue de Bastogne, L-1217 Luxembourg — RCS B10076336 — VAT LU29178240.
Any order placed on the site implies the client's full acceptance of these T&Cs.
Services offered
- Luxembourgish CCDL course — 40 hours, 100% online
- German CCDL course — 40 hours, 100% online
- 2-language pack — 80 hours, Luxembourgish + German, 100% online
Courses are delivered as digital content accessible on the Moodle platform: video modules, interactive exercises, grammar rules, vocabulary and learning resources.
Target audience
- Candidates for the Luxembourg judicial traineeship
- Future lawyers and legal professionals subject to CCDL language requirements
- Any person wishing to prepare for the CCDL language assessment
- Companies and institutions sponsoring employee training

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (3% VAT included). ETIC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order. An invoice is issued for every paid order.
Payment options
- One-time payment — immediate full payment
- Monthly plan — minimum 12-month commitment, then automatically renewed on a month-by-month basis
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. No access to the course is granted until payment has been validated.
The monthly plan requires a minimum 12-month commitment. After this period, the subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice by email to info@etic.lu
Access & Duration
Platform access
- Access to the Moodle platform is activated immediately after payment validation
- Login credentials are sent by email
- Access is strictly personal, non-transferable and non-shareable
- The client is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential
Any sharing or resale of access will result in immediate suspension without refund.
Duration of access
- One-time payment: access granted for 12 months from the activation date. Monthly plan: access remains active as long as the subscription is ongoing
- The course is accessible 24/7 from any connected device
- No prior language knowledge is required to enrol
Official certificate
- The certificate is issued by email upon completion of the course
- It is subject to completion of the pedagogical modules in the programme
- It is approved in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (n° 10076336/12)
The certificate is recognised as satisfying the CCDL language requirements.
Right of withdrawal
No withdrawal right for digital content
In accordance with Luxembourg legislation on the sale of digital content:
Once access to the course has been provided and the client has opened a module, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal. No refund is possible once the client has accessed the content, even partially.
Possible withdrawal
A right of withdrawal may apply only if:
- The client has had no access to the content
- No module has been opened
- No resource has been downloaded

Obligations of the parties
Client obligations
- Provide accurate information upon registration
- Use the platform in accordance with the law and these T&Cs
- Not copy, distribute, record or reproduce the content, even partially
- Comply with the pedagogical rules defined by ETIC
- Keep their login credentials confidential
ETIC's obligations
- Provide secure access to the Moodle platform
- Make all modules and resources in the programme available
- Provide reasonable technical support
- Comply with the legal obligations of an approved training organisation in Luxembourg
ETIC is not responsible for poor internet connections, device malfunctions, force majeure or temporary interruptions required for maintenance.
Intellectual property & Termination
Intellectual property
All course content (texts, videos, materials, exercises, logos, interface…) is the exclusive property of ETIC Sàrl. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation. Any infringement will result in civil and/or criminal proceedings.
Termination
- Breach of these T&Cs
- Fraud or hacking attempt
- Unauthorised sharing or resale of access
- Non-payment of instalments
- Cancellation of the monthly subscription (one month's notice by email)
Personal data & Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR) available on the site. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy available on the site.
Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall have sole jurisdiction.
